I have a Samsung Tab 4 that is stuck on the initial setup screen. Any help?

I have a Samsung Tab 4 that is stuck on the initial setup screen.

When I tap any of the buttons I get an automated voice telling me the name of the button I've just tapped but nothing else happens. I can't even find a way to do a factory reset. Any help/advice gratefully accepted.
