I doubt the EVO (or any smartphone, really) will boot/cold start in 45 seconds. The way to test this is to pull the battery, then boot. I'd be pleased and surprised if it took less than 2-3 minutes.

The ones with the red accent were from the intro of the phone at CTIA, production models are supposed to get a silver one.
And yes, from a cold boot, the Incredible took less than a minute to boot.
i guess with the silver the LED will be more noticeable ... i wonder if the LED will be able to be customized or just the two colors , like the Hero ... or was it three ... think they were red, orange and green ... but for all notifications u always saw one led color .. if that whole speaker grid lit up ... now wow that would of been hot ...

It takes AGES for it to boot after a battery pull.
Hmm, I never pulled the battery on the Incredible. This was a demo model at a Verizon store, all I did was turn it off completely and turn it back on.
