Welcome to Android Central!

Try going in to settings, applications, all apps, find the camera app and clear the data. See if the fixes it.

hi sorry for my english is not my lenguage, well i could fix it, u have to
clear all the data of the camara app, to do that u have go setting > applications> Applications Manager> Camera here you force stop and then clean all the storage (you will not miss the pics) after that discharge the battery completely, when your phone goes off, connect it to the charguer and wait for the 100% of the load, is so important that u dont use the phone during the load
