In the last few weeks I Wake my S23U from Sleep and Too Often see this Load Error page staring at me.
I -- use Samsung's Browser -- but cannot find IN IT OR via Search HOW to stop its appearance after Wake-up.
I have NOT knowingly visited their site.....
Any suggestions to - BLOCK its Appearance - in my screen - in Low-Tech terminology - are appreciated.

There's a good chance you installed an app that carries some kind of adware. First, test the phone in Safe Mode and see if the issue goes away: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/. If it does, then you know that something you installed is responsible. The tricky thing is narrow down the culprit -- sometimes you have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Another thing to try is to clear the app cache and data for Samsung Internet in the Settings>Apps menu. When you select the app in that menu, tap Storage, then at the bottom, tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. Then go back a step and tap Force Stop. See if the popup keeps happening.

Thanks for your Reply. AT&T is my ISP and I - Just found - this post via Search in a Reddit Forum:
ATT has recently started pushing their own "Essentials" news app
onto our phones, with notifications enabled by default. Uninstalling it does nothing, it reappears again within days. Does anyone know of any good tricks to prevent this permanently?
Since - essentials - appears after https:// .... I'll go to AT&T and see what happens.
In Settings\Apps there is NO Uninstall option for Essentials BUT I'm Trying - Disable -. Expect THAT to Turn itself back On but we'll see.
All the Best!
