I have an LG Stylo 2 is Google photos or the gallery which one is better to use on my phone

I'm using the gallery an Google photos I'm doing the backup on Google photo that I think I may have lost on photos it seems like it's taking a lot of memory my phone always says storage space running low everything I've downloaded I've moved.to my SD cardits like 5 or 6 thing help

Welcome to Android Central! I prefer Google Photos, because that's how you can use Google Photos auto backup. Take advantage of the Free Up Space option in the Google Photos app -- it will delete all photos and videos that have been backed up to the cloud.
