Probably the antenna connection. Open it again and check everything carefully. (You rally should have a camera or a second phone and take a picture of where everything is before you remove each piece. Then you'll know exactly where to put each thing back and if you see a picture that doesn't match what you see in the phone, you know where the problem is. After you do 10 of the same phone, the picture is in your head, but for the first one it helps to have real pictures.)
