I have Galaxy S6. Suddenly unable to text. How can I fix this?

I have Galaxy S6. Suddenly unable to text.

White box says IMS Service not available. This is still occurring, some 20 minutes later. What's going on and when will service be provided? Now I'm unable to send/receive text messages.
