Android Central Question

I see the down load arrrow, message size and it expires, but I am never able to download to view the picture. I was reading through the threads here and saw where someone said to turn of the auto download under MMS That did not work--the thing is just spinning, but no download of pictures. I am getting the problem only when receiving from an iPhone, I think. Any suggestions??

1. Were you ever using this phone number on an iPhone? If you were, you'll have to remove the number from iMessages. (If you no longer have an iPhone to do it with, the nearest Apple store can do it for you.)

2, Have the sender check the SMS box before sending you a text with a picture. (That only has to be done once.)

3. Once you download the picture, if you're still unable to view it, use My Files to find the file and note what type the file is (the letters after the dot). You'll need an app that can view that type of file.
