I have inserted a Samsung 128 GB into my Samsung S5 phone. Where do I put the SD Adapter for the Micro SD?

I have inserted a Samsung 128 GB into my Samsung s5 phone.

It also came with an SD Adapter for micro SD, which I haven't been able to find any information about anywhere. Where do I insert it, do I even need it?

Welcome to Android Central! The fullsize SD adapter is for you to be able to insert it into a computer's SD reader. Those readers can't accommodate a tiny microSD card, so you need to put the microSD card into the fullsize adapter, then insert the whole thing into the computer's SD slot.
