I traded a LG 3 for a Samsung Note 5. Not paying attention. I've got no UICC #. It's a Sprnt phone. It's stuck in the Wi-Fi connection. Any advice. Thanks

The UICC number is the SIM number. If there's a Sprint SIM card in the phone, that will have the number printed on it. If there's no SIM, you can get one from a Sprint store or have one sent to you for free.
