I have Samsung Internet disabled

Everyday I get a high mobile data usage notification from Samsung Internet that says Samsung Internet is using higher mobile data usage than normal. I have Samsung internet notifications disabled and I still get them.

It's probably not the browser that's warning you, but rather the Device Care app or some other system app. When you see the notification, swipe down the notification panel and see which app is responsible for it.
