I have the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2.. Keep rebooting when battery is low

[AC Question]

So this just began happening. I've tried all the tricks on YouTube to clear the cache and all that but still if the batter dips below 55% I get a flicker and then it just reboots itself. This is only a year and a few months old. Should not be doing this.

Any help or advice besides doing a full reset?

Welcome to Android Central! Show us a screenshot of the Settings>Battery menu after it has dipped. http://forums.androidcentral.com/ge...ide-how-post-screenshots-android-central.html. A steep dropoff may suggest a battery dendrite, which is unfortunately irreversible. You'd have to get the battery replaced.

Mine does the same thing, any suggestions on a good source for a new battery???
