What the hell kind of insurance plan do you have? Asurion should cover minor things, you're paying a deductible and sending them your old phone, they should want one back that ISN'T as banged up.

Yeah I dont get it. The Asurion web site says the cover loss, theft, and damage (even water damage.) Doesn't make sense to me. I've lost phones before and they replaced with no problems.
