i have wipe os from my s3 neo and install twrp and cant install new os

My warranty is void..
So i have rooted my s3 neo with supersu app and then install the twrp
After i have download hyper rom
And wiped total os
And installed hyper rom but my s3 stuck on Samsung logo
Once again i have wipe all
And install but i cant
And i dont have backup my old...
What should i do please please

Welcome to the forums. You can either reflash the stock ROM, or you can load a different ROM on an SD card and flash that.

If you replace the ROM with another one, rooting goes away, unless the new ROM is rooted (rooting is done in the ROM). Try SamMobile Firmwares for a copy of the original ROM.
