I have yet to hear fr Samsung about my trade in...

They say that they email you 3-7 business days after they receive the trade in but they never contacted me. I guess it means I'm good? Returned it on March 7.

Had the same thing happen. I bought two phones and had two trade ins, one trade was received and approved a few hours later, the other was received but I never heard back from them. I finally checked the order using Shop Samsung and it was shown as received and approved in there.

2 1/2 weeks later I finally got my email saying that my trade in was accepted lol..

Samsung received mine on March 4 and emailed me saying the trade-in was complete on March 19th.

I never heard, only received an email stating that i had ONE day left to let 'them' know if i wanted to have my phone sent back because both the screen and camera were cracked! Needless to say, that was a surprise to me. Did Samsung chat and they instantly cancelled the charge-back and that was it. So be sure you hear something from or see it updated on the Samsung site.
