yeah...its annoying af. usually tmo has been one of the first to put out the updates. the only reason im not more annoyed is that tmo seems to be having lots of issues with the oreo update on the other phones that have gotten recently, like the V30

for what its worth I made a comment on tmo's fb page about the lack of an oreo update and got a reply saying the update "is in testing and will be released soon" hopefully the rep was right, but dont hold your breath

I'm actually not sure I care about the Oreo update, anymore. I've read a lot of users are experiencing worse battery life than with Nougat. The G6 battery isn't really the best, anyway.

I think battery life is one of those things where "your milage may vary". it is interesting to see how badly some people are saying it is after the update. as far as battery life on nougat goes, I haven't had many issues

Mine seems to be all over the place. Some days I still have 60% or so when I get home after work, other days I'm down to 50% by lunchtime. My habits don't vary a whole lot, but for some reason I get some very inconsistent results.
