In all honesty.....it isn't that big of an update, and you're really not missing out on much. I'm pretty meh with 4.1.1. The notifications are the only significant improvement, as far as I'm concerned. Google Now....a novelty for me at best and I barely use it. I haven't noticed any major change in the "buttery smoothness" that's been touted with the release. Just enjoy your phone, it's just as good with ICS!
Because us poor folks on Verizon, and AT&T will probably never see this update ever!!!
AND PS: Don't tell me to root my phone either, I shouldn't have to when the rest of the world has the official release!
You will eventually. You choose not to root deal with the consequences and stop whining
sent from the best smart phone (not phablet) on the worst network- the Galaxy S3 unfortunately on T-Mobile
No need to fuel the fire.... Better off just leaving it alone and it will eventually smolder out.Exactly, stop whining!!! OP, as you know (since you've posted many times in it), there's already a long thread here about when Jelly Bean will be released by AT&T for the S3, and you've spent plenty of time whining in that one.
No need to start MORE threads just to whine MORE!!!![]()
Is anyone with JB experiencing substantially better battery life?
I use my phone 100% for business (don't play videos or music). I have to use push for syncing email/calendar/tasks. Other than that I don't have any open apps besides Lookout anti-virus.
What does it mean when you say you reformatted? Are you using the stock battery?
Could you briefly describe how you use your phone and how many hours the battery lasts?
