I just added the Fitbit sync with my phone and now the screen is locked up. Now what?

I downloaded the Fitbit app with very simple instructions and all worked well the first few hours until I asked the phone to track my nightly 3mile walk. 15 minutes into the walk, it seemed like either the battery was draining, or my screen was freezing up. I get no results at all when I try to swipe the screen, even though it says battery power is still 60%. I used another phone to call my S4, and it rang but went right to voicemail and the screen never changed: it is like it is permanently stuck on the page that says "swipe to unlock"; but no amount of swiping works. Once or twice I got to the second page showing I had 2 messages and a voicemail, but I can't swipe to access any other screens. Suggestions?

Welcome to the forums. I would try pulling the battery for a few minutes and see what happens.
