I just can’t connect my watch to the wifi

[Android Central Question]

I’m trying to update my android wear but I just can’t connect my watch to the WiFi to do it. I have an iPhone 8 and a connect 45

Someone please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this to the Android Wear for iPhone forum, for more specific traffic.

In order to connect to password-protected wi-fi, the watch has to access the phone's wi-fi settings, so the issue might be that Android Wear can't do that with iPhones -- but I'm not certain about that. Couldn't find anything on the web that definitively answers the question, sorry.
