I keep getting message saying I have error 932 on my samsung 3

When I am trying to install or download or update I get a mesage error 932

Welcome to Android Central! Is that a Galaxy S3, Note 3, or Tab 3?

Is this happening when you try to install an app from Google Play Store? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Go to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back.
