Old Dummy am I, just got a new 2013 Moto X 64GB.
hmm...maybe not. My new Moto gets 4G LTE, my "old" one did not.
Initially bought the X because the Nexus was just a hair to big.
That does not bode well for the 2014 Moto X regarding size.
Understand the new one has better specs and that's good,
haven't noticed any limitations with my current one.
Now the Moto store for 2013 Moto X is shut down....
Woe is me. :p

I am tempted to get an unlocked 2013 X. The New Nexus size is rumored to be 6". That is way too big for me.

I enjoy the speed, size, and battery life of my current 2013 x. Haven't picked up the new moto x in person, but I couldn't imagine enjoying a bigger phone than the new moto x

What is it with these small tablets posing as phones. If you want a tablet, get one. I understand the increased battery, antenna, screen ...ok, but you have to carry it around.
Guess I'm missing something.

Some people like the hybrids (I refuse to call it by the other name). From what I understand they are big sellers in Europe and Asia. As for me, I think the Moto X 2013 was the sweet spot for size.

Just ordered an OG moto x as well, 32GB with ebony wood back. I must've been one of the last buyers off motomaker. Should arrive tomorrow.

An "old" Moto X 2013 vs my New Moto X 2013
Don't understand why it says 4G while really it's HSPA

I don't know either. I'll take my Nexus 7 with me many places but only if I'm planning on having long wait times. It fits nicely in my back pocket. It's not particularly cumbersome. However, I wouldn't want to take calls on it. I did a Hangout call after the update and it was a bit silly. With a headset, okay. But again if I'm only being to waste a few minutes, the phone is easier.
