i talked to someone today in a northeast pa location and the lady(works with tech support) said that if the screen is messing up or whatever that if you have a screen protector other than verizon (invisible shield as an example) that they won't even look at it for you.. anyone else hear this or is she just a big ******* trying to get me to buy lame ass verizon shield protectors

You have to take those people with a grain of salt. She's probably just in a bad mood and is trying to find any excuse to not help you. You should have just told her it was a VZW screen protector.....

never heard of that. i bought the verizon screen protectors for my inc & returned them due to they dont cover the whole screen. they asked why i was returning them and i told them i want the zagg one that covers the whole screen. they said ok and even one of their employees said he liked the zagg one's better also. they didnt say i wouldnt be covered.
