The issue is the following, my wife has a Blu Studio 7.0 II S480L with Lollipop 5.0 that got a virus, and when trying to clean it up and root with Kingroot and clean it with SuperSu-me (because the little M* got in system files somehow), the device got Softbricked.
The information that I have for the device is that the processor is a Mediatek MT8382, 1Gb RAM, 8Gb Internal, 3G HSDPA+.
Any help will be appreciated. I have access to the Bootloader and Fastboot but I don't know if there's a way to extract the system.img to try to fix it up
