I need help... I can't access my apps

My kids got a hold of my phone and when I got it back I have no applications icon at the bottom of the screen. I now have 2 phone icons, gmail icon and web icon. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
I have my skyrocket completely stock but upgraded to ICS thru kies.

Probably you will have to flash the stock ROM...have you tried using Kies to restore? You can use Kies to flash the official stock rom, if you can't restore ...and use the play store to reinstall your apps.
