Ok, so im rooted, I have Xionia CWMAv1.2518.6 recovery. Yesterday I flashed ReBorn and it worked. I never got around to downloading any app from market, I did however download 2 themes and flashed 1. Then my phone froze and I battery pulled. I hasnt worked since. LG would splash, then I'd get the Vibrate you get like phone was loading, but black screen. When I plug it in my cpu recognizes it. Now since then I have wiped and re-flashed reborn, doesnt work, same reuslts. Then I backed up to the restore I first did when I rooted, phone loops @ sprint splash. Then I wiped again and retried reborn, same results as before. Then i wiped and tried CleanROM and it made it past the sprint logo, but just went black. So can someone help me?

Well, you should not see the Sprint splash screen at all after flashing either of those roms. Please tell me you did not use Rom manager to install your recovery.
Also, which themes did you try to flash?

Yeah that's a good call. A complete wipe is data, cache, dalvik.

Ok, yes i did that. Both times. Now i am in custom recovery Xionia CWMAv1.2518.6. I have wiped data/factory reset twice, wiped cache partition 2wice, and wiped dalvik cache 2wice. I went to install zip from sd, chose reborn, rebooted. Lg splashed, then blank screen. Phone vibrated once. Still on blank screen. I and getting respone from bottom buttons cause they light up when I touch them. And my laptop is recognizing my phone when i plug it in usb. So I read the warning about the black screen of death, and Ive tried that method twice, still not working. What can I do cause @ this point I cannot get back to stock, even when I use my nand. Can u @ least tell me what u THINK is the problem so I can start there. Or tell me how to get back to stock. I rooted from VD

Whatever advice u can give to get me in the right direction. Just un-stick me so I can move on. I havent been able to use my phone for over 24hrs now......

Sounds like you have the new lcd drivers. Recovery you have is supposed to work with those drivers but maybe for some reason it is not with you .
Since your computer recognizes your phone you should be able to use adb. Try the other recovery for our phones thunderc. I would be happy to get you a link but I'm on my phone right now and I can't . just search the forum for it.
Or the other option is to reinstall the recovery you are using now

ok, I installed thunderc. Didnt go to recovery. Still can connect to adb tho. Is there a way to push the files for Xionia back to my sd card from adb shell cause now i cannot mount my sd card and I dont have a sd card slot on my cpu.

How about you remove the battery and reinsert, hold down home, volume down, and power button until the lg screen goes away
See if that get you into recovery

you might also want to try redownloading reborn before flashing it, in case there's something wrong with your current reborn zip.

No you do not have to uninstall the Xionia recovery, when you install the new recovery it will replace it, Just like when you installed Xionia it replaced the stock one.
One question for you though how many times have you tried installed Xionai? I am just wondering if you had a bad install the first time around. Many be try re-downloading the files to your computer first and then move the extracted files to sd card and install it that way. Or try a different recovery. Xionia is surpose to work with all lcd screen types. which is what it sounds like the problem you are having.

Ok i posted this without reading all the previous posts i missed that you already installed thunderC! AND yes Try to Re-install Xionia, but again try redownloading the the files to your computer and extract them and move them to your phone SD.
Ok a little trick if you dont have a SD slot on your computer is if you have another phone( Does not have to be activated) that can take you memory card, Use that as your card reader.
Example, I have a Lg ENV phone (just a regular phone) my card reader does not work on my PC, I plug my Env into computer and select usb storage and then you can move things back and forth just like if you put your card and the card reader on the PC.
Then once your done move the files over just put it back into your Optimus S.

Only problem now is i cannot reinstall Xionia because when i enter the code:

it reutrns:

Ok, yea its a screen problem guaranteed. I dont know the exact map of thunderc but im assuming when it first comes up, whats highlight is reboot system because I pressed menu and it rebooted. If i had a map of how to mount my system from the first screen in thuderc I can re-install Xionia.

I bet the Rom loaded but the screen is blank. Did you try to adb after it boots up?
