I need help rooting my phone, it's an LG Optimus S LS670

The version 2.3.3 and I've tried every rooting option I have, I don't know if it's my computer, or I'm just retarted...will someone PLEASE help me:/

Are you on zvh or zvj? Which rooting methods have you tried?

The zvj upgrade/root only works if you are already rooted. So, if you have zvh run option A then option B to achieved rooted zvj. If you have zvj via sprint, then downgrade first to zvd and root that, then run option B. either way root is required to do option B.

Well, first, I used the optiauto one, and it didn't connect to my phone, like it kept saying "waiting for phone to connect" :/ and I use a Toshiba laptop

I think so I'm not sure...but it said it did.

You also need to enable USB Debugging from Settings->Applications->Development

Where did it go wrong? Were you able to boot to recovery? Were you able to install the ZVD update.zip? Were there any error messages?

I downloaded the ZVD and put it on my SD card, but when I went to reboot my phone and recover it and what not, it didn't show it and it stayed as ZVJ:/
