I have an LG G6 Plus (unlocked Hong Kong version) that is having this problem as well. I'm running Android 8.0 Phone was purchased in 2017, and has worked perfectly with T-Mobile. Staring about a month ago, all of my calls go straight to voicemail. I first went to T-Mobile. They replaced the SIM for me at no charge. Also double checked to make sure do not disturb as not active. They couldn't figure out was wrong. When I purchased the phone, I also got a Square Trade warranty for it. Square Trade suggested the fastest way to repair would be to take it to a local repair shop. I went to a shop that had the highest rating on Yelp in our area. They had the phone for three days, opened it up to make sure there wasn't any water damage or dust in the phone (there was not), and confirmed that the antennas were not damaged. Then they did a soft reset, a hard reset, still no luck. So I called Square Trade and they allowed me to send it to their repair depot. They turned it around in a day, but when I got it back the problem was still not resolved. So I called them, and they agreed to take another look at it. This time it took them a few days. They emailed me saying they were unable to recreate the issue, and the tech felt that the problem was because it was an unlocked international version (totally ignoring the fact that it's worked fine for 18 months!), but when I fired the phone up, it was working properly! I waited a few days to restore my backup, just to be sure it was still working, and it was. So, I did a restore from the SD card, and the problem returned. Tried doing a soft reset, a hard reset, still not working. The volume on the ringer is turned up all the way. I just noticed that when someone calls and leaves a voicemail, their call does not show in the call log. I've also reset network settings multiple times, still not working. This LG G6 Plus is model LG-H870DSU, Hardware version Rev. 1.2, Software is Android 8.0.0, security patch February 1, 2019. I'm running out of ideas!! Should I try rooting the phone? I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
