i need help with my galaxy note 5

My galaxy note 5 4G keeps dropping to 3G everytime i'm not sure whats wrong with the phone. my battery would drain faster because of it as well. i tried reseting the phone factory reset nothing helps. the phone will always switch to 3G and 4G every minute can anyone help please?

Have you contacted your service provider? Fluctuating from 3G to 4G might be the problem for Battery drain.

Settings\Mobile networks is a place to check. See if the "Network mode" is set to what your carrier recommends. Also, if you are in a location where 4G coverage is weak or intermittent, then that could account for the flipping from 4 to 3G.
