My phones not sending or recieving text. not making phone calls or recieving phone call and when I call it I can hear it ringing on the other line but It wont ring on my phone.

Can someone please help me. :'(

is it rooted? try going into airplane mode then wait a few secs, then turn airplane mode off

Call sprint and have them reset your profile.
A co worker had that problem a few times and thats what Sprint did to fix it.
She also had no internet service.

Wait, if you can call it and it just rings and rings, and the device has signal. Sounds like you need to re-program it.
From the info you have rovided. I would guess that.
have you recently rooted, made any chanes to your programming using MSL code.
When did it work last and what changes have you made prior to that?

Ultimately i would call Sprint and have them walk you thru programming it.
