If I have a family plan on a 2 year contract . I had a qwerty keyboard phone but my mom took it away and I haven't had a phone for about 5-8 months. & my birthday is November 10th & I want the Samsung galaxy s3 & my mom was going to get it for me but she said its too much because I already have a contract and stuff. How can I get an early upgrade or something to be able to get the galaxy s3 for much less then the retail price?

You still have to pay for the service until the contract is up, even if there is not a phone attached to the line of service.
