Hello!

I need help, or advice, please. Every time I receive a picture from a text message, it comes out strange. It looks small with the rest of the background white and it's as if it's playing a video. I think it may be because I accidentally hit 'always' when it asked me what I wanted to open it on a while ago. Is this default for text messages or is there a way I could change it? Thank you!

Welcome to the forums.
No this isn't normal.
If you believe you hit default on an app, go to Settings>Apps>click menu>click reset app preferences.
