I need some help with my Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini.

Just the other night, I was asked to update my phone. And I did, of course, and I found out that it was supposedly called 'Lollipop'. The update had run smoothly for about 24 hours, with no problems whatsoever. However, one afternoon I found that my phone didn't vibrate. Even if I turned my ringer off and put it on vibrate again, I didn't hear a buzz nor could I feel anything. I tried restarting my phone, going through the settings, and even taking out my battery. And to today, it still won't vibrate.

I think I've heard of this before...it may be a bug. However, try a Cache Partition wipe. Tell us if that fixes it.

No, it still didn't vibrate, even when I turned it on when holding down Power, Volume Up, and Home.
