I need to enable my camera permissions for a QR reader?

I installed a QR reader app on my J3 mission. It pops up , allow QR reader to take pictures and record video. Then you have the option to deny or allow. When I touch allow it does nothing. Now it's telling me to go into settings and enable the cameras permissions that is required for scanning. I don't know how to do that.

Settings... Apps... Tap the three dots in top right corner... Permissions... Camera... Allow the QR reader.
Or you can open the app itself and give it permission from there.
