I need your help! My phone has a problem bug on it! As I set on my phone and then, my phone freeze and stopped at white HTC. I tried and failed. How to fix it. If not sucessful, how much it cost? Thank you for reading it.

Try to go to recovery mode and see if the phone work and factory reset it..
