I replaced the broken screen digitizer now the tablet doesn't turn on .

I had a galaxy tab 3 10.1 . the screen has broken last week and I used youtube clips to replace it . I bought a new screen from ebay and replaced it without any other event.
but it doesn't turn on I don't see the charger indicator also. but when I connect usb to my computer the cable is working and I see the drive. but again I don't see charger indicator.

Check to make sure that everything is properly connected. If it appears to be connected then id suggest inquiring about a replacement digitizer, a the one you bought could be defective.

If everything works before they should work now. Make sure you connect the USB charging flex cable correctly, the line on the cable should align with the line on mainboard. Try to reinsert it without battery connected to mainboard, then plug in your USB cable and adapter to charge; if you connect correctly, the green battery indicator should be on briefly then show 100% full charge. Your new digitizer has nothing to do with charging problem.
One more thing, your LCD cable should do the same, if it's not properly connected, you won't see anything on the screen, a black screen may make you think the tablet is not charging.

If you can hear the sound of starting screen or something on the background, your tablet is running but with blank screen. One easy way to verify : using HDMI Adapter to connect your tablet to a TV, the display should be seen on TV if your tablet is running. Reconnect the LCD cable will fix the problem.
