I pinged support because my trade-in changed status to "address corrected" (bound for tex@ss... using the provided shipping label!) instead of "delivered" yesterday

They extended my return by 3 days.

Only place worse to get packages in and out of in the US lower 48-states is Las Vegas, NV in my experience.
