I see an Unknown Android device in my Gmail account? How do I remove it?

I recently checked the security settings in my Gmail account and I saw that there was a Unknown Active device logged in from India.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it possible you could have logged into your Google account on someone else's device, or one you were playing around with in a store?

I assume you went to your Google account profile on your computer browser, then Device Activity, then Review Devices. There's an option there for Secure Your Account if you're suspicious of any activity.
