The M8 weighs only 15g more - there's absolutely no way a human being can actually feel such as small difference in weight. My wife has an M8, I have an S5 - if you loft them both at the same time, they feel very much the same.

I could feel the difference in weight big time.

15g is an enormous amount when you have to hold the phone up to read the screen when you are lying down for example. I mean it really starts to be noticeable after a while.
