I Stupidly uninstalled my calander app/widget

I have a Galaxy S2 with very little space left, so I used Clean Master to uninstall some apps to make room. Can I get it back?

I have a SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 and was using the basic Green Samsung Calander. I've tried going to my Widgets and dragging one onto my home page, but it won't stay. My phone is over 2 yrs old and only came with 16gb storage. I've moved everything I can to my SD card but have very little room left.

Welcome to Android Central!

What phone do you have and what calendar app were you using?

A Samsung Galaxy S2 with the basic preinstalled Green Samsung Google Calander.I tried dragging a widget to the space the icon had occupied, but it won't stick. I get a msg that there's no room on any home screens. Help, please!

Have you tried restarting your phone? I've had that error and restart fixed it.

Are you using the touchwiz launcher or a 3rd party launcher?

Try doing it on a blank screen, it could be that the widget you are trying to use is too large for the space you are trying to put it in.

The default "green" calendar app on a Sammy is an icon, not a widget, and it is the standard icon size. If there is space for any icon it shroud fit, which is why I suggested that the OP restart his phone, I'm positive Ive had this happen and a simple restart fixed it. However, I think there are also some standard calendar widgets and if you have enough room maybe you can use one of those instead.
