I think I may have a virus on my Note 4?

I got my phone two weeks ago and downloaded a free mp3 music app. The app doesnt show up in my apps in the Play Store but does show up on my homescreen. Since then my phone has been restarting itself multiple times daily, the Play Store will randomly open, and apps on my phone that I didnt tap on open on their own. Im also having a random pop up without tapping on anything that says I have been selected to win a facebook prize. I have CM scanner and Lookout Antivirus but nothing is showing up. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Welcome to the forums. It may be possible that the app you downloaded was pulled from Play after you got it. I would uninstall the app and see what happens.

Uninstall that app! You might be best to just do a factory reset.

I would change your passwords to any accounts you use through your phone (like banking, email, FB, etc) after you've verified that app is gone and it hasn't left any ghosts behind, and enable multi-factor authentication.

I would uninstall the app, then Clear Cache Partition. If that doesn't work, you may have to do a factory reset.

I have done all this and got a new sim card and still having issues anything else? You can think of?

The only thing I can think of is a factory reset. If you've already done so, return the phone.
