My phone has been unplugged and used fairly regularly from 7AM to now (10:50PM) and this is my current battery life.

I left auto-brightness on.
I am running a nice Live wallpaper.
I used GPS to get to work from a friend's house this morning.
Checked emails throughout the day, fiddled on facebook, texts, made a handful of calls, browsed the net, and even played a few games on my lunch.

I don't know what they did during that update, but it left me with no reason I could complain about this phone. <3

I thought the same thing.. could be the battery indicator is lying to me, but before the update this phone would have been dead by now so I somehow doubt it. xD

i don't believe that. unless your friend lives 10 meters from you and work is 5 meters away, Moving around with your phone and doing supposedly normal things to it would bring more battery discharge than that.

I'm guessing that screen resets after its plugged in?

I was syncing to DoubleTwist and the battery usage just says Android System 100%.

Don't really thing a picture of that is gonna help. =/

I get better life than I get on my Pre, and sometime at work when I know I won't be using the phone as much I turn 3G off and the battery life gets even better.

I don't get BL as good as the OP, but it is good enough to suit my needs just fine. I do hope they come out with that one fuel-lite case though, wouldn't mind getting one of those suckers and charging every 2-3 days.

Since the update i still use my evo exactly the same as i always did...battery indicator is never below 50% anymore. i didn't complain anyway but now there really isn't anything to complain about. at least with my phone.

Yeah the update did wonders to my battery too.
At 50-60% brightness, I played Gameboid for 5hrs 50min, basically 6 hours cause that was with 5% battery remaining.

So I think that's crazy.
I'm turning brightness to 100% now, cause I like it that high. I'll see how battery is.

Well, he said tomorrow he will post the Battery Usage statistics.
He didn't know how to do that today and he already plugged in his phone to perform media sync.

So we'll see tomorrow. I don't doubt him. He must receive great wifi or 3g connections at work...
