I want to call from BT headset when screen is turned off

[Android Central Question]

I have galaxy S10. I have a plantronics headset. I used to be able to make a call from my headset (press the talk button on plantronics) and say call bob at work and it would place the call. Now my screen says "alright, but first you'll have to unlock your device."

On the screen it say at the top "all ask aboutabout calendar and" but it just talks about personal settings - I don't see anythign specific to the issue.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't know if there's a specific setting to adjust that, but a workaround would be to turn on Smart Lock and set your Bluetooth headset as a Trusted Device. That would keep your phone unlocked as long as it's connected to the headset.
