Papa gray thank you for your reply but i apologize it's not the correct answer , I tried to change the phone language english to french not only keyboard input languages

I think there is no any solution

Teing viet
And other Asian languages

If the language(s) you want doesn't show in settings then you are SOL.

In other words the language choices are built into the operating system.

I think you need to pick another phone.

It isn't easily done... You would need to root, then create a rom with the languages that you need... Extremely difficult unless you are knowledgeable in how to do it.

If you absolutely need it, you can offer a bounty on XDA-Developers, but really it would probably be cheaper just to buy another device that supports it
