Ive never worked from a zip or modified the build.prop so I couldnt tell you whats wrong. Run a logcat through adb while it boot loops and post it to pastebin.com and put the link here

It looks like you borked the system folder when you made your changes. That's why it's better to use a decompiler like apkmanager instead of just using an archive manager like 7zip. I believe you can do it with just 7zip, but be sure you have everything set to "store" and you don't attempt to sign the frameworks-res.apk or the systemui.apk, you don't resign system files.

If you do post something like this, please post it as a themed BACKside-IHO like the ICS themed version was at xda. Once you make significant changes to the workings of the ROM, or build from IHO source with whatever changes you like, then you can post your work as your ROM. ;)

Of course, you can always build from IHO source and post your own ROM as pure IHO as well!

And there's still a need for an AOSP port, I'm sure a lot of people would love to see one for the OV!

I don't know how he borked it, because I do that thing every time I flash your new builds, just hecaude I like to switch ouf some stuff and theme it up. I've never had a problem except one time when I switched the framework-res.apk from harmonia and put it into backside, but that was understandable.

will someone point me on the right direction? iver browsed the biulding your own rom thread with getting nothinbg out of it how do ibuild a rom like that with all the drivers and such....

Use WiBu, it's an installer you use in Windows to set up a virtual partition with Ubuntu on it. If you mess up, it's a simple Windows uninstall, so there's really no way to bork your box. ;)

I've done that.. u can get online. Everything is bliated and sound doesn't work. No drivers
