i want way or program to show date on screen permenantly

Do you mean on the Notification bar, or on the homescreen? If you want it in the Notification bar, try Date in Status Bar. There are plenty of time and date wallpapers out there that have that information on your homescreen all the time, like DIGI Clock Live Wallpaper.
