So back when I had the original Galaxy Watch 46mm, due to my being an automatic high end luxury dive watch collector, I have never liked the look of smartwatches but I do like mobile tech and I do enjoy all the features that a smartwatch offers from an almost endless amount of truly useful functions and features. Especially health and so on.
I've custom built the original Galaxy watch 46mm and I actually wished I would have never ended up selling because of how truly nive looking it turned out as to appear like a true dive watch which I ended up having a vision that sparked my wanting to bring my mental Photo I had envisioned as to see it like it had been fully completed. Then I find it a lot of fun to research and search for the items needed to be able to take the steps needed to bring my vision to life and to look identical to the mental image that I had in the beginning before I did the first custom alteration to the ugly smartwatch that in my eyes and mind looks vanilla and or generic as the way it comes or is sold as stock. I customize most everything I buy if it's of course possible.
This custom smartwatch build actually turned out kind blowing and unbelievable when seen next to the same exact identical model smartwatch that you will see in my photos as I happened to have two exact identical samsung galaxy watch4 classic 46mm ugly smartwatches. The only difference between these two smartwatches from Samsung is internal as one is a cellular LTE and the other is Bluetooth non cellular which of course isn't tangible and thus cannot be seen. So the two are exactly the same physically or hardware made. I'm amazed by the sheer amount of undetectable tangible and overall complete and total change the custom build truly made. If I had not disclosed it one would need to be be highly and extremely expert versed with the smallest of minute details to be able to conclude the custom build brand and model it was before. The only possible way anyone to know it's a smartwatch up close wiukd be the dial but however even up close and at a glance I myself look at it and I find it hard to tell with the correct dial used. I digress and will allow the photos to convey what my written explanation could not and to be adequately unable.
I may do a custom build to my other identical watch4 classic if anyone uses a Android phone and or especially has a Samsung device. I personally just came across one that I found incredibly difficult to find in a 256gb and more over one that was in brand new condition. I initially was after a Red S22 Ultra or S23 Ultra in Red but when I came across this one and was extremely blessed to have been at the right place at the right time being that it was the last one the seller had and it just so happened to be hidden. The listing didn't show a photo of the color which is Phantom Red and it's the Samsung S21 Plus 256gb and of course Samsung factory unlocked. I could have easily bought a black or silver in 128gb but typically most all of those when sold as pre-owned or refurbished are mostly carrier unlocked and what I did not realize fully but did through circumstantial trial and error that if you buy a carrier unlocked samsung that you cannot restore your previous samsung last cloud back up over to the carrier unlocked samsung because of the carrier disabling the restore function because the carrier has their own cloud service that prevents restoration from your prior samsund back up which I found incredibly frustrating. Subsequently, if you ensure you get a factory unlocked samsung non carrier you then can restore your last samsung cloud back up to restore as it exactly was on your previous samsung phone and restore with the exact same format with the apps exactly how they were along with your wallpaper and home screen set up. I had to return three samsung phones because the seller didn't list them or disclose they to have been carrier unlocked. So I came across fhe S21 plus Phantom Red 256gb for only $199.99 dollars! Knowing it will receive Android 15 and One UI 7, Phantom Red that you cannot find and having 256gb of storage brand new factory samsung exclusive thus factory unlocked since Phantom Red wasn't offered with any carrier, I immediately bought it. It's still a truly jam up flagship today and can handle everything you throw at it. I'll end up using it for a couple of months and then sell it and likely may be able to sell it for more than I bought it for but I likely won't because it will make ms feel guilty and greedy if I listed and sold it for more than I paid but when I so sell it then im going go try and locate the S23 ultra red 512gb because the 8 gen 2 from what I have read and personally tested and thus experienced first hand, is for whatever reasons the 8 gen 2 was so well optimized overall across the board for Android that the battery life was the best Android has ever made and I'm talking it was phenomenal. Hopefully the S23 ultra prices will come down over the next three months because they are still quite expensive when buying a phone in full outright. Especially the Red 512gb model. See photos attached and please let me know your thoughts on the custom smartwatch dive watch build and the other identical Watch4 classic 46mm that if I custom built that one out which I already know in my mind what it will look like as it will have a blue divers bezel. If anyone would be interested in buying it at a very inexpensive price comment and let me know and I will custom build it out or you can tell me how you prefer it to look and I will bring it to life should anyone like the looks of this custom build that I just made attached in the photos that I'm personally wearing here and there in between my preferred real automatic high end luxury true dive watch collection. Thanks for reading.
