I would like to buy Pixel 3 but I am afraid of its RAM management and battery life

I guess the best question is, what do you use your phone for? If it's basic web browsing and videos, it will be fine.

I've had a Pixel 3 since October and still really like it. At first some apps were getting shut down but they restarted so quickly I didn't even mind. And now that problem is mostly gone. Battery life has been a huge improvement for me but I came from an iPhone 6 so.... I had only ever owned iPhones actually and have enjoyed the switch. I was already pretty immersed in the Google ecosystem though. So long story short, if you can hold out six months for the P4 I'd do that, but if not, go for it.

I dont think you would be disappointed in the pixel 3, the stuff you hearing are some that have issues, what about the ones are having great experience? just like any other device you'd buy from any manufacturer some will have issues others wont . If you like the pixel 3 I say go for it .
Take it from me, I completely agree. I read so many reviews and rumors on the forms about the pixel 3 having horrible RAM management and just so so bad life. I bought the pixel 3XL giving up my old Galaxy s8 from Verizon. I will tell you realistically that the screen is amazing, the battery life is incredible and the ram management isn't isn't an issue what so ever. , I'm also on Android 2 beta as well. The camera is amazing, still in the street leader. Admittedly, I'm not a huge gamer , I only have one puzzle game but multitasking is very very smooth. I also suggest get the figure XL model because the biggest thing is nicer to watch content on. You honestly forget about the notch as well. Build quality is also impeccable.

I agree , it's a very solid device and you get all of Google home made stuff as a bonus.

oh hell yeah! The fact of the matter is Google Assistant is offered on every Android phone, but it's so nicely and smoothly integrated on Pixel phones!

O yeahhh... Google Assistant which I've never tried before, but this year it finally arrived to Poland so it will be nice to try it out. :)

Oh absolutely enjoy it! Google Assistant it is just a wonderful wonderful assistant.

I have the regular Pixel 3, battery life for me has been very good but I'm a light to medium user and charge it overnight as well as commute with Android auto. So honestly I wouldn't know it's actual life but I recall last time I checked get 5hrs SoT and can get 1.5 days stand by.

Ram, the main time I notice it is YouTube app scrolling feed needs to constantly load and a few times camera has hiccups.

Coming from an iPhone 7 plus, thought I'd like smaller form but actually prefer size on 7plus as I have big hands. Pixel 3 is very comparable to iPhone 8, I got one for work very similar in size (P3 slightly bigger).

Battery life is a non issue for me. It's as good or better than my s9 or my s10e. And both have larger batteries.
I usually do 4 to 5 hours or talk and 4 to 5 hours SOT every day.
Example today I've been off charger for 13 hours and I've got 4 hours talk time and 3 hours SOT. With 38% battery left.

Oh and Google Assistant is light years better than horrible Siri...best feature of Android, OS GA support

If you can afford it then the Pixel 3 XL should be great...as long as you’re fine with the design.

I completely agree. No one uses Siri for what Google Assistant actually does.

Surprised (given how long Siri has been around for) that Samsung has managed to rapidly get Bixby to be on-par with Siri within a couple of years, despite Apple having a head start.

Yeah I'm not. Here's why, apples technologies are half baked. They control everything Siri was cool and cutesy when it first came out but Google Assistant is much more powerful and functional and it gets better day by day!

I would hope the new Pixel phones this year will have more RAM.

It honestly feels like Apple invests little into Siri, very little improved from my iPhone 5S to my 7+...its pretty disappointing considering its the OS level assitant and cannot be modified.
