Verizon Galaxy S8 ICE Access

How do you access ICE on the S8? I'm at a loss when access locks are set. Reason I'm looking at this, I get a random full screen popup when the phone is in my pocket that shows my ICE contacts and is asking me to set the contacts. But, the entire screen is white and greyed out and won't let me do anything except exit the screen. Seems kinda stupid. I have no idea what is driving this popup.

Open Contacts. Tap on the 3 little dots in upper right corner. Choose Groups. Tap on ICE Emergency Contact and add your contact(s) as group member.

yeah, thanks, had that done but wasn't seeing how to access that information from the lock screen. I didn't think it was set somewhere because I get random popup asking me to set those contacts, but they are already done. Just ran through how someone would access from lock screen and those contacts come up okay.

I'm wondering why you were getting the popup to set your ICE people. I certainly have never seen it.
Thank you to simoncharge for explaining that they can be set in Contacts.

However, I'm Like PJRed. I want it so that they can be accessed from the Lock Screen. There's no point in ICE contacts if no one can get to them because of my phone lock. What do I do to make them accessible to anyone who might need them?
