Icon problems?

I got bettercut... and I got it to change the icons on my shortcuts.

I was making a mail and messages icon and now whenever i get a message or mail, it reverts back to the old icon.

Why is this happening? i got a refund for bettercut, and got shortercut (in my opinion better layout) and it does same thing. I just want personalized logos for my mail and messages!

Folder Organizer is an amazing APP for this. I hated bettercut, although it was more user friendly. Folder Organizer seemed really dense when I opened it up, but if you search google for walk throughs on whatever you want to do with folder organizer, you'll be amazed. Rename, change icons, CHANGE FOLDER ICONS AND FUNCTIONS which is awesome because the folder icons are way lame (now I have a "Google Tools" icon that is a folder containing shopper, translate and goggles"... way more organized).

Hope you try it out and love it the way I did. **When adding a shortcut to your home screen, you select shortcut, scroll down to Folder Organizer Label or Item (depending on if you made a folder or app customization, respectively) and THEN click on apps from there. Otherwise you'll never find it.
