Icon to record phone call?

My A4 5G just recently had an update.

I noticed that there is now an icon on the home screen, when during a call, you can press it to record your call.

I hate having that icon there because I am always accidentally pressing it to record the call that I am on.

Is there a way to remove this icon?

Doesn't look like you can as it's part of the phone dialer package, can try 3rd party ones like Google's phone app
